Home Health Aide Continuing Education

Hours: 12 Hours
Frequency: Annually

 

Each home health aide must participate in at least twelve (12) documented hours of in-service training during each twelve (12) month period. 

This requirement may be fulfilled on a prorated basis during the home health aide’s first year of employment at the home health agency.

Homemaker/Personal Care Attendant Continuing Education

Hours: 10 Hours
Frequency: Annually

 

Each homemaker/personal care attendant or equivalent shall participate in at least ten (10) documented hours of in-service training during each twelve (12) month period.
